Answers to Frequently Asked Tenant Questions
We encourage tenants to pay their rent using the online resident portal, which draws funds directly from your bank account. Rents may also be paid by mail or dropped off at the address of Living Property Management, 5318 E 2nd St, #487, Long Beach, CA 90803, by personal check, money order or cashier check.
To submit a maintenance request, we encourage tenants to make the requests using your online resident portal, as this is the quickest way to get attention. Requests may also be made in writing, dropped off or mailed to Living Property Management, 5318 E 2nd St, #487, Long Beach, CA 90803. If the repair issue is an emergency (ie. water flooding, etc), please telephone us immediately at 562-446-4723.
