When is my rent due?

Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month.  It is considered late if not received by midnight on the first day of the month.  Your lease agreement may provide for a grace period.  A late charge will be assessed if the rent is not paid by the end of the grace period at midnight.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We encourage tenants to pay their rent using the online resident portal, which draws funds directly from your bank account.  Rents may also be paid by mail or dropped off at the address of Living Property Management, 5318 E 2nd St, #487, Long Beach, CA 90803, by personal check, money order or cashier check.

How do I request maintenance?

To submit a maintenance request, we encourage tenants to make the requests using your online resident portal, as this is the quickest way to get attention.  Requests may also be made in writing, dropped off or mailed to Living Property Management, 5318 E 2nd St, #487, Long Beach, CA 90803.  If the repair issue is an emergency (ie. water flooding, etc), please telephone us immediately at 562-446-4723.

What happens when my lease is up?

You are required to give us a minimum of 30-days advance notice to Vacate.  When your lease term is coming to an end, we ask that you contact our office to determine if a Renewal is applicable.
